Die Liste der harmonisierten Normen zur Druckgeräterichtlinie (DGRL) wurde durch eine neue Veröffentlichung der EU-Kommission aktualisiert. Dabei wurden neue Normen aufgenommen oder bereits veröffentlichte Normen aktualisiert. Für einige aktualisierte Normen wurde bereits das Datum der Streichung aus der Liste (Ende der Konformitätsvermutung) festgelegt.
Wichtige harmonisierte Normen der Druckgeräterichtlinie (DGRL) verlieren daher ihren Status als harmonisierte Normen.
Um den Herstellern ausreichend Zeit zu geben, ihre Produkte an die überarbeiteten Fassungen der harmonisierten Normen anzupassen, ist es erforderlich, die Streichung der Verweise auf diese Normen aufzuschieben (Übergangsfrist).
Konformitätsvermutung
Bei Druckgeräten oder Baugruppen, die den harmonisierten Normen oder Teilen davon entsprechen, deren Fundstellen im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union veröffentlicht wurden, wird vermutet, dass sie den wesentlichen Sicherheitsanforderungen entsprechen, die von diesen Normen oder Teilen davon abgedeckt sind und in Anhang I der Druckgeräterichtlinie genannt sind.
